Our 31st EVU Annual Conference will be held in Limassol, Cyprus from 5 to 7 October 2023.

Please note that the hotel booking should be made through our partner Easy Conferences this year. We were able to negotiate special room conditions and block allotments with the conference venue (Royal Apollonia Hotel) and two other Hotels nearby, which can only be booked through our partner. On no other booking platform can these be booked more favorably.
For cancellations after 20.09.2023 a fee of 50 % of the conference fee will be charged. For cancellations after 01.10.2023 a fee of 100 % will be charged. We ask for your understanding.
