Please, also use the form, if you are an invited speaker at the conference. If you log in as an EVU member on this website, many input fields are already filled in.

Please note that you have to book the hotel yourself by e-mail with the reference "EVU 2025" (click to e-mail: Hotel Aro Palace, Hotel Ambiente Palace). We have negotiated the room rates with the hotels (less than 100,- € per night) until 15 August 2025. After this date, the hotels will raise their prices again.

After your registration, you will receive an automatic email from us with the invoice that includes our bank account details. We ask you to transfer the total amount within 7 days.

Registration Fees

The participation fees are 695,00 € for EVU members East, 795,00 € for EVU members West and 995,00 € for non-members.

The gala dinner for conference participants and presenters is included in the conference fee. Please select only the number of accompanying persons for the gala dinner and for an additional sightseeing tour (if there are any).

Partner Programme (+ 70,00 €)

On Friday morning after breakfast, we offer an exciting excursion to Bran Dracula Castle. We will take you on a journey through the medieval history of Transylvania. After the visit, you will have the opportunity to enjoy local specialities at the market or in one of the nice little restaurants nearby. We will be back in the early afternoon, so there will be some time left to explore the beautiful old town of Brașov.

The Gala Dinner will take place at the Hotel Aro Palace, Bld. Eroilor nr. 27, Brașov on Friday 7:30 pm. You will be able to enjoy delicious Romanian cuisine and local wines as well as a great programme. The Gala Dinner is included in all registration types for conference participants.
