Please, also use the form, if you are an invited speaker at the conference. If you log in as an EVU member on this website, many input fields are already filled in.

Please note that you must book the hotel yourself via email (click to email) with the keyword “EVU2026” in the subject line or by phone (+421(0)41 5050 120). We have negotiated discounted rates: A single room costs €115 and a double room €139, both including breakfast.

After your registration, you will receive an automatic email from us with the Payment Request that includes our bank account details. We ask you to transfer the total amount within 7 days.

Please note that EVU e.V. does not issue invoices. You will later receive an invoice from the organizer of the annual conference (Slovakia Country Group).

Registration Fees

The participation fees are 695,00 € for EVU members East, 795,00 € for EVU members West and 995,00 € for non-members.

The gala dinner for conference participants and presenters is included in the conference fee. Please select only the number of accompanying persons for the gala dinner and for an additional sightseeing tour (if there are any).
